We target developing the management capacities of all categories of Financial Institutions, Apex institutions, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), community-based organizations, NGOs, private companies, local and central governments in East Africa and beyond.

Our Organisational Structure
The company has a team of five (5) Board of Directors and their role is to provide strategic leadership, reviewing management performance, Setting the company's values and standards among others. The company has an internal structure composed of ten (10) permanent staff and two (2) Senior Consultants. Six (6) staff are technical while two are administrative staff.
