Does anyone else feel as if 2018 flew by you like a cargo truck on the highway while you were chugging along on a unicycle? The year was, let’s face it, faster and furious(er) than many of us were ready for. The world around us seems to be changing at a frighteningly quick pace, and everyone I know is just trying to keep up.
All the while, Fringe PD has been growing and changing as well. We have had the great fortune to help over 1,500 people #communicatebetter this year through our workshops and individual coaching programs. I have personally spent a lot more time on trains and planes than ever before visiting 11 cities and taking over 30 trips. The “we” I often refer to has also gone from royal to literal as the Fringe PD team has grown – but don’t worry, our resident furry colleague Henry has not lost his place in the company pecking order!
As the year comes to a close, I’m taking time to reflect on the past but also to think about the future. I can’t wait to see how the company and its impact will continue to grow. Whether you are a client or a follower, an HBR attendee or a workshop participant, I thank you for trusting in us and giving us the gift of your time and attention. We look forward to continuing to provide useful and actionable tools to help you communicate with confidence and clarity!
